If this guide line price is within your budget, then a quotation can be given which would be closer to the final amount payable if drawings to a reasonable standard are available and a specification prepared.

When could you start?

We endeavour to give accurate start dates based on our current work load. Sometimes the existing customer enlarges the scope of work required which may result in a delay in starting the next contract. Also inclement weather can affect any job in progress as would non delivery of supplies outside our control. At all times we endeavour to inform the next customer of any time scale slip.

Do I need Local Authority Approval for the Planned Works?

We can help you obtain all necessary statutory permissions to permit the proposed building works to proceed. If drawings or legal advice is required, we can introduce you to recommended professionals whom we have dealt with over many years.

Anything else I should know?

We would normally expect a deposit to commit the workforce to the job and assurances that materials to carry out the work are available within the time scale agreed.

How long will my project take?

Our trained team are dedicated to providing an efficient service, our priority is a watertight environment and a satisfied customer. This can only be achieved if we complete your contract as quickly as possible with the least disruption but without compromising standards.
